IMPORTANT

  1. The delivery of these items depends on the availability / stock at the moment in which they are requested.

  2. The average delivery period is:

  3. Lighted Sign: It’s a customized item. It’s available upon request, for this reason it’s the item that takes more time to be delivered. Approximately 2 months.

    • If the packaging is damaged when you receive it:
    • 1. Tell the delivery person that the package is imperfect and therefore pending an inspection.
    • 2. Check the merchandise within the first 24 hours to confirm that everything is correct.
      - If there is any damage, it is important to keep the original packaging and leave the shipping labels in place.
    • 3. Take a photo of the damaged product, the imperfect packaging, and the shipping label, and send them to [email protected].

    • If you haven’t reported the damage to the delivery person:
    • Unfortunately, we won’t be able to replace the order with new products.

  4. Shop window vinyl and Advertising Banner: they will be customized once received the dimensions. The graphic design is sent by e-mail and the grow shop would find a supplier for printing and placing it. Approximately 20 days to receive the design.

  5. Rest of the items: if there is stock, in 15 days; they will be delivered at the address provided.

  6. For the delivery of the items it’s necessary that the grow shop is registered in our database. Once received the request form, if any document is missing, we will contact you to require it.
  7. Sweet Seeds®, S.L. reserves the right to not deliver any item for changing the design, items out of stock or any other reason.
